Casey (Rallo) Lindsey

Newlywed, new career path, and a baby boy due in May: Casey (Rallo) Lindsey catches us up on her life after Lafayette.

Questions

Favorite High School Memory: There were so many wonderful moments to pick from out of 4 years at Lafayette, but I have to say that being involved in the production of Peter Pan was by far my favorite. I never thought I would be involved in a theater production during high school but I am very thankful that I was! I canŐt wait to share the pictures, video, and memories with my children in the future.

Favorite High School Class: Humanities Flex with Mrs. Peters. She made the classroom and curriculum come to life in a truly engaging way with her passion for the subject matter. She is my inspiration to get my Masters in Education and alter my career path.

Favorite High School Activity: Anything involved with Homecoming Week!

In high school, I'd spend my weekends: hanging out with friends and family.

In 2010, I spend my weekends: working and organizing the nursery room with my husband for our little boy that is due in mid- May!

Anything else to add about Lafayette or the Class of 2002?
It is very hard to believe that we are quickly approaching our ten-year reunion from Lafayette. We all walked away from high school with invaluable lessons learned and have more in our arsenal than what we could have imagined since moving on. I, for one, am very excited to see what the future will bring for all of us as we move closer to the thirty-somethings and learn more from our journey with each passing day!

What She's Up To Now
After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and working in the field, Casey came to the realization that she didn't want to work every holiday and late night. As a result, she is currently working part-time as a nanny to gain experience that can be credited to her Masters in Education along with part-time work at the original St. Louis Bread Co. in Kirkwood.

Casey and her husband Greg had an amazing destination wedding with their closest family and friends this past August and are very excited to welcome their honeymoon baby, Tanner Michael, to the family this coming May.

Currently the Lindseys live in South St. Louis County, where Casey grew up before moving to Wildwood in middle school. They feel very lucky to be surrounded by wonderful family and friends who are just as excited to welcome the newest addition to their family!
