Favorite High School Class Coach Meyer's P.E. class

Favorite High School Activity: I have the best memories of playing basketball during my senior year with Lauren Lux, Lauren Hefty, and Tessa. We had so many laughs that we had to start documenting them.

In 2002, I spent my weekends: Hanging out with friends… looking for something fun to do! I also played a lot of basketball and ice skated.

In 2012, I spend my weekends: with my husband and our friends. In the winter we like to ski and in the summer we enjoy grilling out and playing sports. We also like to relax at home with our pugs.

What I'm up to now

In 2006, I graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Genetics/Biotechnology. Soon after, I moved to Austin, Texas with my (now) husband Sam who I met in college. We lived in Austin for four years before moving to Denver. I currently do clinical oncology research at the University of Colorado Hospital, a field I have been working in for seven years. I continue to coach ice skating and basketball in my spare time. My husband and I stay busy working on our new home, taking care of our two pugs, and enjoying life in Colorado.
